ScopeCrafters is a product of Cyphorux ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access or use ScopeCrafters (https://www.scopecrafters.com).

2. Contractor Data Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all job descriptions, client contact details, pricing configurations, and generated proposal PDFs stored in your ScopeCrafters account. We will never sell, rent, or monetize your proposal history or client lists to third-party advertisers, lead brokers, or competitors.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, business email, company trade, brand color, and logo for proposal templates.
  • Proposal Data: Customer name, customer email, job walk notes, and selected materials needed to generate the proposal PDF.
  • Billing Details: Payment processing is handled by Polar Software Inc and Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized performance telemetry and usage metrics via first-party PostHog analytics to diagnose bugs and improve output latency.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure vendors to deliver our services:

  • Google Gemini API: Job descriptions are sent securely to generate trade scope language. We do not permit public training on your confidential proposals.
  • Supabase: Encrypted database hosting and secure storage for company logos and generated PDFs.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery for sending proposal PDFs and open-status delivery receipts.
