1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScopeCrafters (https://www.scopecrafters.com), operated by Cyphorux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free Trial: Every subscription tier includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time within the trial period without being billed.
• Billing Cadence: Subscriptions bill monthly in advance at the advertised rate (Lite: $29/mo, Solo: $79/mo, Pro: $149/mo).
• Merchant of Record: Transactions are securely processed through Polar Software Inc and Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from account settings or via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Contractor Professional Responsibility

ScopeCrafters provides AI-assisted document drafting to accelerate the proposal creation workflow. ScopeCrafters does not provide engineering certifications, architectural plans, or legal advice.

As the licensed contractor or professional of record, you retain sole responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and approving all scope statements, material counts, pricing totals, warranty terms, and code citations before delivering proposals to property owners or executing construction agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cyphorux, ScopeCrafters, or its founders be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from proposal disputes, unapproved municipal building permits, or installation errors.
